IHEARTMEDIA SAN FRANCISCO UPS DAN HUNT AND TRAVIS LOUGHRAN

iHeartMedia has elevated Dan Hunt to PD of Top 40 KYLD-San Francisco (WiLD 94.9) and Travis Loughran to PD of Hot AC clustermate KIOI (Star 101.3), effective 5/15. The pair succeeds Mark Adams, who was recently named PD of Z100-New York.

Hunt and Loughran will be responsible for all on-air programming, streaming/digital content and social media platforms of the respective brands they will lead, and will report to Don Parker, SVP of programming for iHeartMedia San Francisco.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Dan Hunt to WiLD 94.9 and to reward Travis’ hard work and dedication to iHeartMedia/San Francisco with this well-deserved promotion to PD of Star 101.3,” said Parker. “Both have a long track record of success at iHeartMedia, as well as previous programming positions prior to joining the company. I look forward to their leadership of these two iconic San Francisco brands.”

Hunt joins the SF cluster from iHeartMedia Atlanta’s Power 96.1, where he most recently served as the PD and a member of the CHR Brand Team. Prior to iHeartMedia Atlanta, Hunt was the PD of WRDW-Philadelphia and WWKX-Providence.

Loughran is elevated from the assistant PD position he previously held at both Star 101.3 and WiLD 94.9. His previous experience includes programming and creative production positions at WQHT-New York, PD of KBMB-Sacramento and APD/MD of B95 for iHeartMedia Fresno.
