Argylle, Apple’s third traditional theatrical release in recent months, distributed by Universal, took in an estimated $18m at the domestic box office its opening weekend.

Overseas, Argylle opened to an estimated $17.3m in 78 markets for a worldwide tally of $35.3m.

A special release of the faith-based streaming series The Chosen: Season 4, Episodes 1-3 earned an estimated $6.1m. Episodes 4-6 will play theaters later this month.
