HERE COMES OLIVIA

Olivia Rodrigo is plotting her return, posting a cryptic countdown clock to her website on Friday (6/2). Is it her next album? A new single? Fans will have to wait and see. While the details aren't confirmed, the Geffen artist has been teasing a follow-up to 2021's SOUR for some time.

In January, Rodrigo revealed on social media that she was in the studio working with producer Dan Nigro. "Working on so many new songs I’m excited to show u," she wrote. "Thank u for everything.”

The Nigro-produced SOUR was huge, debuting at #1, where it remained for five weeks. It has sold north of 18m units globally and has crossed 4.8m in ATD domestically. Two of its singles—"drivers license" and "good for you"—have reeled in more than 1.8b global Spotify streams, while two others, "traitor" and "deja vu," are hovering at or around 1.2b. Keep your eye on the clock; something sweet may be arriving soon.
