Word has it that the Recording Academy and former head Deborah Dugan are close to a settlement in the arbitration surrounding her ouster just 10 days before the 2020 Grammys. Dugan, you’ll recall, filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission following her dismissal (she was officially terminated on 3/2), while the Academy responded by labeling her “abusive and bullying.” Stay tuned for updates.
