The inimitable Lady Gaga has taken to Instagram to urge her Monsters (and everyone else within range of her voice) to make a plan to vote. In the course of her video, during which she lays out the case that voting is the only way to ensure one's voice is heard (no matter how one may feel about "the system"), the Interscope superstar dons a series of her more famous outfits.
