IT'S DRAKE SEASON

Drake's Dark Lane Demo Tapes (OVO/Republic) has shot straight to #1 at Apple Music and iTunes. The entire project currently occupies the top 14 spots at Apple Music. The mixtape has guest features from Future, Young Thug, Playboi Carti, Chris Brown, Giveon and Fivio Foreign, among others. Recent chart-topping single "Toosie Slide" is on the mixtape.

The Toronto superstar also announced that his sixth studio album will arrive in the summer of this year. "Lucky number six," as the 6-God put it.

Dark Lane Demo Tapes is the first full-length project with new material from Drake since 2018's blockbuster, Scorpion. The last mixtape he released was 2017's More Life, which included hits "Passionfruit" and "Fake Love," broke streaming records at the time and debuted at #1 with over 500k units.
