The Top 5 Highest-Grossing Films in America Over the Weekend

With just south of $10m, Universal's Glass spent a third consecutive week atop the domestic box office, raising its U.S. cume above $88m. The only debut to make the Top 20 was Sony's Miss Bala, which landed at #3. All in all, however, it was a pretty disappointing weekend; the Top 12 only added up to about $55m.

1. Glass (Universal) $9.5m 3,665/$2,602 avg. (week 3)
2. The Upside (STX) $8.9m 3,568/$2,480 avg. (week 4)
3. Miss Bala (Sony) $6.7m 2,203/$3,041 avg. (debut)
4. Aquaman (Warner Bros.) $4.8m 2,926/$1,635 avg. (week 7)
5. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (Sony) $4.4m 2,234/$1,974 avg. (week 8)
