TAG THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

A new single from New York dance-pop duo Sofi Tukker sets the beat on the Shazam USA Top 100’s greatest gainers with the latest from Ariana Grande and J. Cole on its trail.

Sofi Tukker’s “Batshit” (Ultra) is up 155 slots to 34 while Grande’s “No Tears Left to Cry” (Republic) rose 150 slots to #51 and J. Cole’s “KOD” (Dreamville/Roc Nation/Interscope) spiked 134 spaces to #67.

In between the two superstars’ records was “Sober Up” from S-Curve’s AJR. The former #1 at Alternative Radio was up 142 to #59,

The death of Avicii has brought back “Wake Me Up” (Island), which Shazam users bounced 131 slots to #70. The Swedish DJ’s work was also getting the attention of Shazam users in the U.K. where Anne-Marie’s “2002” (Major Tom’s/Asylum), an ode to being a preteen singing the top radio hits, is the greatest gainer.
