Conroy Out, Jones Dylan

CONROY WAS HERE: The Roger Faxon era at EMI Music begins in earnest as longtime global corporate communications head Amanda Conroy has announced she’ll leave the company after the decision to move headquarters for the department to New York, where it will be headed by his music publishing communications chief Dylan Jones. Conroy has worked for EMI, based in London, since Feb. 2000 when she was appointed SVP Corporate Communications. She joined EMI from Universal Music, where she was VP of Communications International. Prior to that, she spent 10 years as head of corporate communications for PolyGram prior to its merger with Universal. Jeanne Meyer has been EMI's longtime corporate communications exec in the N.Y. office. (9/9p)
