THE “HO HEY” KIDS: The Lumineers’ smash single “Ho Hey” has cracked the Top 10 on iTunes after going well over platinum, the first indie record in memory to successfully cross over from Alternative to the highest reaches of both Top 40 and Hot AC, with this huge airplay translating into impressive sales. Congrats to Scott Robinson, Paul Roper and the rest of the Dualtone team as well as veteran promo whiz Richard Palmese, who has been leading the record-breaking charge at mainstream radio. (11/6p)
