Yvette Davila upped to VP Mixshow Promotion at IDJ

IDJ MIXES IT UP: Yvette Davila has been upped to VP Mixshow Promotion at IDJ, Def Jam SVP Shawn “Pecas” Costner announces. Along with overseeing all aspects of mixshow for the Urban, Rhythm, and Top 40 radio formats, Davila will continue to oversee street promotion, street marketing, and lifestyle marketing. Said Costner: “Yvette is the promotion department’s secret weapon when it comes to having great relationships with the mixshow and club DJ community. This has led her to be a valuable leader for the setup of records at all formats of radio. I’m excited to see her continued growth at IDJ.” Commented Davila: “I am honored and excited to expand my role at IDJ. This is a dream job for a girl from Brooklyn, who is a true fan of music, culture and the astonishing talent that our label group represents.
