More Stones Tickets Go On Sale

STONE COLD: A block of 1,000 tickets priced at $85 apiece have been made available for tonight’s opening show of the Rolling Stones’ “50 and Counting” tour at L.A.’s Staples Center, according to a report on Reuters. Concert promoter AEG Live said that the tickets became available after a final walk-through of the production setup revealed that more seats were freed up. The new $85 seats will be placed around the arena and ticket-buyers will be notified of their seat location upon purchase. Seats priced between $250 and $600 were still available for tonight’s show amid reports that sales were lagging for upper-range seats. (5/3p)
