Bruce Springsteen is leading the U.K.’s Official Albums midweek race with Letter To You (Columbia) outselling the entire Top 5 combined. Over on singles, Ariana Grande is set for her seventh #1.

At the halfway point, Letter To You is the most purchased album on physical and download formats as well as the most-streamed new release of the week.

Gorillaz are also new at #2 with Song Machine, Season One: Strange Times (Parlophone), followed by Nothing But Thieves Moral Panic (EMI) at #3.

Blossoms’ lockdown covers album, In Isolation (EMI), makes a strong start at #4, while dance legends Faithless’ first album in 10 years, All Blessed (BMG), enters at #5.

Other albums vying for the Top 10 include blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa’s Royal Tea (J&R Adventures) at #6, the anniversary album from tenor Russell Watson, 20 (UMG), at #7, and Off Off On (Rough Trade) from British folk-rock vocalist This Is The Kit at #9.
